Perennial Fitness' Training Philosophy
    Welcome to the Perennial Fitness family!
    We will do our best to make your visits beneficial and pleasant, as well as mentally and physically rewarding!
    We would like to introduce you to our philosophy by defining the Perennial Fitness name:
    Perennial

    Fit
    •    To adjust; alter.
    •    To adapt; suit.
    •    To render competent; or qualified; prepare.
    •    To correspond to or agree with the circumstances of a given situation.
    •    Suited, adapted, or adequate to a given circumstance, design, or end.
    •    To provide a place or time for.
    •    To be the proper size and shape for.
    •    Physically sound, healthy.
    At Perennial Fitness, we strive to provide you with the opportunity to alter and adjust your physical capabilities so that you are competent and can adapt to the circumstances everyday life places upon your body, remaining active through your many years.
    The human body is a base to be molded, shaped and strengthened using knowledge, effort and persistence. Like a sculptor working with clay, a person shapes their body and health with the tools of the gym, nutrition and an active lifestyle.
    At Perennial Fitness, we believe that traditional one dimensional training doesn't fully prepare a person for a three dimensional world, where twisting, turning, and moving is an integral part of life. We believe that building strength, endurance, stability, balance and flexibility through replicating natural movements, such as pushing, pulling, twisting, lunging and squatting, increases the quality of living. It is our goal to provide a safe, simple and fun way to train the body, not only the way it was designed to function, but the way it is required to perform everyday of your life.
    With our thoughtfully designed circuits, you are empowered with the ability to enhance your life. We provide the environment to guide you in a structured exercise program, or allow you to create your own specific program, utilizing the flexibility of our equipment to perform hundreds of different exercises.
    Getting fit and obtaining the desired results are not as complicated, time consuming and unpleasant as some would have us believe. Each person is unique in the results they seek and the method they must use to obtain those results.
    Living life is not about what you could have been, it's about what you can be! Through ambition, knowledge and working with your unique genetics, by accentuating or diminishing, you can sculpt a healthy, functional, attractive physique.
    Perennial Fitness' goal is to provide the environment, education, information and motivation necessary to achieve your own level of success, contentment, optimum fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
